Food Types

1. Tacos
A taco is a traditional Mexican dish composed of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. 

2. Burritos
A burrito, or taco de harina, is a type of Mexican-American food. It consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose the filling. 

3. Gordita

A gordita in Mexican cuisine is a small cake made with masa harina and stuffed with cheese, meat or other fillings. It is similar to a pasty and to the Colombian/Venezuelan arepa. Gordita means "little fat one" in Spanish.

4. Salads
Salad is a popular ready-to-eat dish often containing leafy vegetables, usually served chilled or at a moderate temperature and often served with a sauce or dressing

5. Nachos

Nachos are a popular food based on nixtamalized corn, of Mexican origin that can be either made quickly to serve as a snack or prepared with more ingredients to make a full meal.

6. Chalupas
A chalupa is a tostada platter in Mexican cuisine. It is a specialty of south-central Mexico, including the states of Puebla, Guerrero and Oaxaca.
